First... a shout out to babies. I got great news that my Aunt Mel is pregnant with a... GIRL! I can't wait to have a new baby cousin. Missy, Steve-O, and the rest of our family are duly excited. Also, super happy for Ben & Rachel and their coming baby... BOY! Zeke's latest said: "Hey, Rachel's having a boy. I'm gonna have a nephew soon!" It was sweet. He's excited.

And now for this little baby... I was supposed to read Shakespeare's Measure for Measure. I get it out around 7 PM, for whatever the reason it ends up on the floor of our living room, and it stays there for the next 12 hours. Any ideas? Yeah, I'm clueless too. I walk into the living room the next morning, see it in the exact position it was left in hours before, and end up laughing on the floor right beside it. I was so amused/frustrated with myself and the way I treated this book, that I couldn't help but document it.
This incident is an example of my recent exhaustion in the English Major. It's tough to keep up on all my reading assignments. For the most part, though, I'm doing it. (And don't worry-- I did read Measure for Measure. Good thing, cuz we had an in-class essay on it...).
